1. What qualities should one have to be My Practical Support franchisee?

2. Is My Practical support franchisee selection process hard?

One first need to go through some steps before they enter into a franchising agreement because we are looking for franchisees who not only share our passion for providing domestic service to people diagnosed with serious medical condition but also have the capacity to carry out business as a franchisee.

3. Is investing in My Practical Support franchisee dealership risk-free?

Because franchisees use My Practical Support brand name which gives them a good reputation and positive image on the market, they are therefore trusted and is sure risk free..

4. Do I need any prior experience?

No, there is no need for any prior experience to enter into franchising agreement with My Practical Support because under the dealership all franchisees will receive training before completing entering the market.

5. How can I be issues a Provider Card?

Once the franchise agreement has been reached, you will be issued with a Provider’s card by My Practical Support. Providers in the dealership need to visit www.mypracticalsupport.com.au to register as a provider

6. What services will I get in return for my franchising and marketing fees contribution?

The agreement allows that franchisees to receive marketing support. My Practical Support will promote the franchisees through various marketing and promotional activities as outlined in the franchising agreement.

7. Should I need to take Legal advice before sign a franchisee agreement?

Yes, under Franchise code of conduct, interested candidates for franchising have to take advice from independent lawyer, solicitor and/or accountant before signing any legal documents and the franchise agreement.

8. Will I be able to sell the franchise in the future?

Yes, the franchising agreement sets out the requirements if you want to sale off, and the prospective buyer will need to go through our standard recruitment and selection process including training.
