Our community report card talks of our achievements that we have made in the areas of community involvement and charity requests. We are committed to being actively and meaningfully involved in the communities in which we operate. This has been central to our thinking for many years and we are proud of the work that so many of our team members undertake each day to make this commitment a reality.

Throughout the year 2014/2015 our team participated in and supported over 10,000 families, during their medical journey, helping to raise awareness and contribute more than $1 million dollars of rebate of services to deliver support to local people and families across Australia. Activities My Practical Support has undertaken included fundraising with our community events, Provider member hands on home care assistance: babysitting, cleaning, cooking, pet care, mowing, product contributions and local charity initiatives.

My Practical Support is a premier home care insurance organisation the first to launch a home care support insurance product in 2015, underwritten by a global insurer. As a company we provide comprehensive support during their medical journey, for people diagnosed with a serious medical condition. Our members consist of singles, couples, families and single parents.We receive many requests to speak at charity events, other community initiatives and would be happy to consider events that match our ethos and community goals.

My Practical Support has a dedicated Public Relations and Brand Marketing Manager , who looks after requests for guest speeches at community or corporate events.
