For example cleaning, mowing, minor works, maintenance etc. (as opposed to specialist medical and nursing care). This typically follows the diagnosis of a serious medical condition rendering the policyholder / customer medically debilitated or incapacitated. Depending upon the level of cover taken out, policyholders may also have a policy entitlement and customers may choose to order selected products, goods and / or services (“Products”) from My Practical Support and associated partners. Examples (not exhaustive) include apparel (clothing, hats, intimates), toiletries, beauty products (cosmetics, hair, skin, nails, pampering), baby products, pet products, health products (vitamins, sun protection, specialty), Manchester (bedding, linen), holidays / flights, transport services and other Products that may be of benefit to or appreciated by people diagnosed with a serious medical condition.

These terms of use ('Terms') govern your use of the site. Your use of this site will mean you accept these Terms. If a provision of these Terms is invalid or unenforceable, it is to be read down or severed to the extent necessary without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions.

All communication from My Practical Support, independent service providers, suppliers, retailers, wholesalers or manufacturers will ordinarily be delivered to the e-mail address (or occasionally telephone number) you have provided.

All money amounts shown on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include Goods & Services Tax (GST) where applicable.

All payments must be made by one of the prescribed payment methods outlined on the site. All money amounts quoted exclude credit card service fees unless otherwise stated.
In certain circumstances, you may be issued with a My Practical Support customised reloadable prepaid payment card in order to expedite the payment process. My Practical Support has included in separate agreements with certain providers, suppliers, retailers, wholesalers and manufacturers that they must accept full or partial payment from the B2C reloadable prepaid cards that My Practical Support issues to its policyholders. The reloadable prepaid cards are loaded with the amount of the applicable policy benefit up to a maximum value with no cash access. The reloadable prepaid cards are provided for policyholders’ convenience and to expedite the payment process.

My Practical Support controls the ordering of cards, value loading of cards and has the right to ask for the card back or have any remaining value on the card returned to it at any time. Please refer to the site for full terms and conditions.

Disputes
In the event any service or product obtained via the site is unsatisfactory, disputes will be referred to the relevant independent service providers, suppliers, retailers, wholesalers or manufacturers. My Practical Support at its sole discretion may elect to liaise with the relevant independent service providers, suppliers, retailers, wholesalers or manufacturers to impartially ascertain the potential quickest and most equitable resolution of the dispute. You agree My Practical Support will not be liable in any respect if it is unable to broker a satisfactory outcome. This does not affect any rights you may have and which by law cannot be excluded, including under federal consumer protection laws and under State and Territory consumer protection legislation.
